Our overall philosophy of business is “How can we help you?” Our tagline is actually, “We choose to give.” and we back it up by donating 5% of our gross commissions to the charity of our client’s choice. Since 2009, we have given over $400,000 to charity, the bulk of it to charities in Northwest Ohio.
I have been married to my best friend for 30+ years. I love and adore my daughter, her husband, my son, and his wife, all of whom I’m greatly proud of. In addition to being the owner and broker of Realty Five, I am an ordained minister in the Church of the Nazarene, and I opened Realty Five because I needed a way to help fund my mission of ministering to and caring for people.

Marti was our realtor, she did such an amazing job. We looked for a house for a year and couldn’t find the right one tht suited our family. But she was always patient with us and worked with us to find our dream home. Its been almost a year and it was still the best decision we could’ve made. Marti helped us act fast and efficiently and truly fought for us to have the house of our dreams!

I honestly lost count of how many houses we looked at before finding the one. Becky never pressured me to settle or made me feel like I was asking for too much. She listened to exactly what I wanted, answered every question, and was always honest about each home we toured, pointing out concerns and disclosing anything she found instead of trying to sell me on a house that wasn’t right for me. She encouraged me when I felt discouraged and stayed by my side until we found the perfect home. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. Loraine Martinez is a very honest sales agent. She speaks frankly about the house, patiently guides you through every step, answers questions, speaks English and Spanish, and provides translations when needed. She is very kind and a good person. If you need to buy a house, she is the right person.

Realty five was awesome to work with! The best around I think:) They made my first time home buying experience a breeze. They aren’t like most big realtor names just trying to make a dollar.. and they also donate a percentage to a foundation! Which is really awesome of them.
Abigail Martinez was my realtor. She is very nice and humble. We got along great! She made me feel welcomed, and we had a lot in common which was cool! communication was on point, never missed a dead line for anything. She always made sure I got the emails and signed everything on time. Overall she is great at what she does! I would suggest her to anyone that’s young buying their first home, and doesn’t know where to start as It can be scary and overwhelming! She understands. She’s been in our shoes. She will walk you through it all and handle everything. She worked around my work schedule and would even text back at 10pm if needed! Unfortunately, We had some minor issues at closing which wasn’t our fault, and I figured it was gonna take a long while or be a dead end, but nope! She pulled some strings and made it happen! She never gave up even when I had doubt. I could never thank her enough for helping me get a forever home! Which I didn’t think would happen for a long time. Not only will you gain a realtor in the end but also a good friend!

Our realtor was Marti Garret she was so helpful and amazing she truly became a friend to my family.
